Our Approach
There are a number of different approaches in the treatment of Autism. We use the behavioural approach, which is the most studied and proven method of intervention. Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is highly structured and scientific, and is used to teach academics and communication. It improves attention, focus, social skills and memory. It can also reduce problematic behaviours.
The basic premise of ABA is that we can break down skills into component parts, and through repetition and reinforcement, encourage learning. It is a flexible treatment, that can be adapted to meet the needs of each unique person and teaches skills that are useful in everyday life.
We make use of the following techniques:
1. "A-B-Cs" (Antecedent, behaviour, consequence)
2. Discrete Trial Training
3. Natural Environment Training
4. Task Analysis
5. Modeling
6. Incidental Teaching
7. Differential Reinforcement
8. Token Economy Systems
9. Generalization Strategies
10. The TEACCH approach

By combining several techniques, we create a comprehensive and dynamic treatment plan tailored to the individual's needs, that adapts to the evolving needs of the individual.
